Copying Data from a New Workbook

Hi,

 

I am looking to make it quick and easy for my co-workers to compile new close file reports we received each week. 

 

Basically,  each week my team receives a close file report, which I manually format so they can review the files and close.

 

What I am hoping I can do is when the mater workbook is opened each week that it ask for the workbook we want to pull the data from.  It will then copy this data to a new workbook into a format that I will setup by macros and then save this new worksheet into a new workbook for my staff to review and action.
