Copy sheet to a new workbook produces #N/A error in HLOOKUP function

This is a weird bug.

I have this multiple sheet workbook, an .xlsm file, with many VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions with links between sheets.

In the past I used to make small single sheet .xlsx workbooks linked to the original by just duplicating a desired sheet to a new workbook.

However now, after updating to vs 16.16.9, copying a sheet to a new workbook produces errors in an HLOOKUP formula, and the result is a 184 KB .xlsx workbook.

However, if a .xlsx workbook produced before this last update is «saved as» the result is a 188 KB file, and the HLOOKUP function works fine . EXCEL 16.16.9 (MAC)
