Hi all
each month I receive a huge training report about 75-80 columns wide and up to 900 rows deep, which has individual training records for c900 staff across 50+ teams.
What I want to do is be able to create separate reports for each team in individual worksheets without the labour intensive filtering and copying each one individually each month.
One complication is that team numbers fluctuates with recruitment and leavers.
I tried a very complex IFERROR statement that I thought would bring through all rows where Team = X
but it seems only to work partially and there are obvious gaps i.e one team it pulled over all except two staff whereas others it seems complete.
Any suggestions? I've tried google but I suspect I'm not filtering my question clearly enough.
