Copy and Pasting Hidden Cells

I have templates set up for my managers to use in excel.  While using these templates the managers need to copy information from one tab to another.  Each tab had hidden columns, it used to be that excel would copy and paste the hidden cells, making it match up to the template. Recently about half of my managers' excel is only copying visible cells, so they don't paste correctly into the templates.  If it was the same across the board I could just recreate the template, but it is not.

Excel has been omitting hidden rows and columns from a paste for quite some time now. If you want to have consistency in how the copying and pasting works, all I can think of is that you provide them with a button to click on tied to a macro that does this exactly as needed.
