Copy and Paste Excel spreadsheet over to Hotmail email

Hi 

Up until a few weeks ago I was able to copy and paste my excel worksheet including lines onto a hotmail email.  Now I am only able to paste the figures,  no lines ??? Can someone please help me. 

I have checked my subscription and everything is up to date...

Apologies, Instead of using the old mouse I used the old fashioned way of Ctrl V - and it worked. Why has these been changed ????
