Convert Excel to XML with identical tags

I get the error message that the XML maps in this workbook are not exportable when I try to map even one of the following TECHNICAL_PART tags. Please advise the solution. I am novice when it comes to creating xml files.

I also not a specialist in XMP, most probably you shall change slash inside attachments/testConditions.docx on &#47; like attachments&#47;testConditions.docx
