Control form

Im having problems draging a control form for several cells.

I am inserting a check box from the control form but when I drag it down to copy it, it also drags me down the same formula, even If I remove the absolut cell ($).

I have 400 lines and doing it cell by cell is taking me forever.

Managing a sheet with 400 check boxes will be difficult, and it will probably have a negative impact on performance.

I'd simply enter "x" or something like that in cells in a column to indicate which rows are selected.
