content in a sheet completely dissapeared / rows/colums not visible

Hello, 

 

I was working in a file and all of a sudden I managed to completly delete all rows and colums (with the data). so the page is now blanc. I think my data is there, but just have no idea how to retrieve it. Spent days and days to built up this file, so hoping someone here can help. Attached is the file and what I'm missing is the tab 'inkoop'.  Should be at least 150 rows with purchasing info there. 

really do hope someone can help to restore/retrieve solve it, thanks in advance for taking a look!

All rows (and one column) had been hidden.

I pressed Ctrl+A to select all cells, then clicked Format > Hide & Unhide > Unhide Rows on the Home tab of the ribbon to unhide the rows, then Format > Hide & Unhide > Unhide Columns to unhide the hidden column.
