Conditional Highlighting the cells

I just want to highlight the upper cells of already highlighted cells look at the Screen Shot

I want to highlight the upper cells also.

Do you mean you highlight cell(s) manually, without using conditional formatting, and with that upper cell shall be highlighted automatically?
