Conditional Formatting

Hi folks,

So, I have some names in column A, and their scores in column B.
For eg- (A)Yugal (B)86.13%
I wanted to have these percentages segregated into colors.

Green- 80% and up
Amber- 75%-79.99%
Red- 75% and lower
Applying colors in Column B can be achieved by Conditional Formatting.
But how do we have Same Column B's color to reflect for Column A as well?

@yugal40 Added a few examples, believing that the on to the far right is what you want.
