Conditional formatting with the help of VBA code

Hello Everyone,

I have highlight those values are greater than 10 in Conditional Formatting with the help of VBA code.

I have wriiten code, and it works very well.

like - 

But when i change value, then it is not clear the format(less than 10).

Still color is there.

So, what should i write VBA code?

Please help..??
