Conditional formatting with each column to be analyzed individually

I am preparing a monthly sales report to check the monthly % changes in performance by region:

I use conditional formatting to see the differences in performance each month. 

I hope to see if there is any better way I can have each column to be analyzed individually, as i am preparing the color conditional formatting manually like below:
