Conditional formatting / quick analysis

Copper Contributor

I have a table with different recipes and in the next columns the different ingredients. In another table I’ve made ‘allowed ingredients’. Now I want to look for the allowed ingredients in the recipes table and colour the allowed ingredients green. I know you can colour cells green with conditional formatting, but since the ingredients are following each other in a cell it seems impossible with conditional formatting. I’ve tried to do it using cmnd f, but then it only selects the cells with the word than contain the search. But in my original table is too big to analyse the data by hand. Is there an option to help me analysing my data?

Hope you can help me, thank you!
