Hi Please see attached.
I had set the in LAB TAT to flag yellow at >0:26 minutes. however as you can see 0:26 minutes does not flag. You can see 0:30 minutes flag however. If I change it to 25 it included 025 for some reason.

0:26 > 0:26 returns FALSE, you may use few seconds less time for the criteria

How would I do that?
I also tried using 0:521 and that caused nothing to trigger the flag.@Sergei Baklan

Another point, click on Manage Rules and delete all previously created rules before you create this new one.
