I feel silly even having to ask this but I am stuck.
I am trying to format an entire row based on text in a cell. The only problem is it’s based on some of the text in the cell (i.e. the cell contains “ROA-John Smith” but I want to format based on just “ROA”.)
Is this something excel can do and if so what formula would I need?
