I am attempting to build a spreadsheet that highlights team members in office days based on their selected schedule and also keep track of absences. What I am looking for is how to use conditional formatting on each row to highlight the days based on the days in office indicated in ROW A

=AND(RIGHT($A3,LEN($A3)-SEARCH("/",$A3))="T",J$1="Tuesday")
Maybe with this rule for conditional formatting as shown in the attached file.
=$J$3:$P$13
In the example the conditional format is applied to the above range.
