Conditional Formatting for dates

I have a worksheet to track reports. I need each cell to change color according to the date. All reports are due by the end of the month. I need cells to turn green if the date entered is between 1-15 of each month, orange 16- 28 and red 29-30, 31. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
