Conditional Formatting Error - 1st time poster, please be gentle!

Hi, I'm trying to conditionally format a cell so it shows a traffic light according to result, simple.

% 90+ = green

between 60-90 = Yellow

Less than 60 = Red

I've tried both with per cent and number options and neither are giving me the correct result which should be yellow? What am I doing wrong please?

@jmc74 Use the Number option, but note that 90% = 0.9 and 60% = 0.6. change accordingly and it shall work.
