Complex sort in excel

Hi, I'm in need of assistance to figure out my sorting issues. 

I have a spreadsheet, with comma delimited information in one cell. I have performed a text to column for this data set. My issue is that the Comma delimited information was not input in the same order for each row, so while I have overlapping values they are not in the same column. I need to organize all the like values by column while preserving the row. 

I have attached a screen shot below. in this case I'd like to get all the Colon Delimited cells into the same column. 

What is the reccomended way to go about this? Am I going to have to make some xlookup with the values I want as headers?
