The XLOOKUP formula looks for a name and returns the start date from the Monthly sheet. There is no link to "the date" in D2 that you want to change? What's the purpose of "the date"?
Finally, how would we determine the HS value for Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8? For instance, the first person on the list with a start date of 17 Jan 2022, which numbers would you like to see in the cells for Week 2, 4, 6 and 8? What logic would you apply to find these numbers?
