compare huge excel files with similar content

I have 3 to 4 different excel files with about 900 rows each. The data in the file is from different years. Now I need to connect those files to collect all relevant data in the 2021 file. If I can’t find a suitable function, I will need to compare the rows one by one…
The problem is, the content of the files are similar but not exactly the same.

If similar are texts you may try Download Fuzzy Lookup Add-In for Excel from Official Microsoft Download Center or Fuzzy Match merging in Power Query. If that includes numbers you need to define formal logic what to consider as similar and what not.
