combining multiple sheets/files as tabs into one workbook

I often combine 11 separately generated tab delimited files (denoted as .xls but that's changeable) into a single workbook with 11 tabs.  I get tired of opening each of the 11 files separately and moving each to the combined workbook.  Is there ONE command that will do this more efficiently?

Using Excel 16.46 on Mac OS 10.15.7

What can I say, with Excel for Windows this is as easy as pie.
