Can i automatically change the data of a Column to data based on a row in an other sheet bye only changing one cell   

and how do i put that in a formula

Thx bye changing the direction of the tablet in a copy i was able to use the =if(column ($A1),"") function and use the pull down option

Let me explain the goal more detailed: on the job we taken on weakly basis the water and energy meters one weak is in one row and van be viewed bye multipal people.that means i can't change the order of that sheet.every time we fill in a weak, we need to make a printable backup.up till now we put in those numbers two times.there for i want to automise the backup bye automaticly filling in the backup,when you enter a number in the original sheet
