I have a table in that, only one cell has data in each row. The cells that contain data are spread in different columns. I want to make list of the data in a single column. Please suggest formula.

Solution@Aj_2653 Depending on your Excel version, look into the TEXTJOIN, CONCAT or CONCATENATE functions. Alternatively, you could create a formula like:
=col1&col2&col3&col4
The &-sign will join everything together into one text string. If the data contains of numbers only and you want to retain them, add a column summing all others.
If this doesn't make any sense, I'd suggest you upload a file with an example of your data
