Co authoring in excel

We share spreadsheets in our team and used to use the legacy sharing. This now seems to be causing problems but we cannot work out how to have multiple users editing not only with personal filters which I understand but hiding columns which each person doesn't want to see. Any ideas?

If you mean Sheet View functionality it supports only separated sorting and filtering, not hiding. Not sure if workaround for the latest exists.

At least you may vote for this idea here Maintain hidden rows/columns in "sheet view" so other users are not affected by the change
