Cntrl c and cntrl v crashing my workbook - if I use right mouse it works fine?

I have a workbook that has been good for 5 years. This morning Cntrl c and cntrl v keep crashing it  - if I use right mouse it works fine? Please could anyone help?

What kind of "crashing" message you do receive?
