Cleaning up a spreadsheet using functions?

Aloha,

I have a large data sheet.  I want to remove all lines of data that meet a certain parameter leaving me with the usable data.  How can I do this without manually going through each line?

@pppboo808 You can create a binary helper column, but can't really know without seeing the dataset. Can you send over your file, removing any sensitive data?
