Circular reference

How do I remove a circular reference in excel? I’ve tried going to formulas / Europe checking / and then then circular reference but the circular reference isn’t clickable for some reason. I keep getting the message pop up in my spreadsheet every time I enter a number

If you look at the status bar at the bottom of the Excel window, do you see an indication of which cell causes the circular reference? If your workbook has multiple sheets, you'll have to activate each of them in turn.

Strange it doesn't forward you on the cell with circular reference if to click on shown reference. Do you use this menu?

Thank you! I finally saw that at the bottom as was able to find it!
