Charting in Excel - Cartogram

Is it possible to create a cartogram in excel (i.e. bubble map superimposed on the world map)?

It would be great if you show an image as an example. Currently there are few map chart variations in a tool I am using for Excel and Google Sheets. Hope you can find here.
