Chart with 1 millisecond as interval on x axis

I need to draw a graph with 1 millisecond interval is that possible? If i use scatter plot to draw time series graph it is considering it's own values without taking the original data from the excel, how to change that?

My chart will not accept the date/time data from the spreadsheet for the X axis.  It uses it's own data starting with Sat Jan 00 0:00:00 1900.  I have used a custom format for the cells in the spreadsheet and as the X-axis format in the chart as ddd mmm dd h:mm:ss yyyy.  My data in the spreadsheet starts as Thu Apr 16 14:48:51 2020.

Scatter chart work with dates. What you see in X axis are sequential numbers 1,2,3 formatted as dates.
