When I format a chart to a specific size e.g. 6.2cm x 16.2cm the height changes when someone else opens the spreadsheet on a different PC/Mac. Does anyone know how to fix this? We have tried various ideas such as changing display settings, checking scale height is set to 100%, and changing the ruler units to centimeters in Excel Options, but nothing appears to make any difference.
