Chart not reflecting data series

I'm relatively new to excel and was trying to create a chart in descending order.

For some reason there are three data entries that will not move from the middle of the bar chart. I have sorted the data descending largest to smallest but it wont change the graph.

Any help would be appreciated

Can you attach a sanitized version of the Excel file? Just the chart and the (fixed) data will suffice, everything else (other sheets) can be deleted.
