I first reported this issue two weeks ago in regard to excel on ipad. At the time excel on android was not displaying this problem, but the latest android version now has the same problem. Only difference is the android version recovers and reverts back to before the reselection.
Steps to repro
- create a new workbook/sheet
- add series of dates to first column, and numbers to second column, eg rand()* 100
- select first dozen or more rows for the two columns, and add a line chart.
- select the chart, and extend the data range to include more rows. Application hangs and chart does not refresh.
Tested on ipad air 4th gen, excel 2.59.1
Tested on Samsung Galaxy excel 16.0.15028.20140
