Change default summarisation of value fields

How do I change the default calculation for the summarising of multiple data fields? When I add a data field to the Values area, I want it to Average the Data field rather than Count it.

@SyedDaniyalAli Well, the default is to Sum when the value field contains numbers and Count if it contains texts. Am not aware of any setting that will force a pivot table to always use Average
