Two quick responses:

1. With regard to the substance of your post, if you expect help, you'll need to give some more specifics, and ideally attach a copy of the file, an image if a file can't be attached. You can always post a copy of the actual file to OneDrive or GoogleDrive and paste a link here.
2. With regard to the style of your post, it's generally considered "internet etiquette" not to use all caps; that's regarded as the equivalent of "yelling." So please turn off the caps-lock key on your keyboard.

2) I fully agree, uppercase letters only looks very very annoying. On the other hand it's still open question for me. I know some alphabets have no capital letters. At all. Perhaps Caps Lock is involved in shifting from local alphabet to English. In any case it shall be an option to use upper/lower case using English alphabet, Perhaps it requires some customization in settings.
