CELLS DATA KEEPS CHANING IN LINKED SHEET

Copper Contributor

I have one MAIN Product price spread sheet

I have SECONDARY one I use called Stock take

The data in the MAIN product sells data doesnt change when I insert a new Row

Nor does it affect the SECONDARY price sheet which is linked (=) to cells in the MAIN

HOWEVER, recently I've been opening excell to a warning sign saying,

"this workbook contains links  to one or more external sources that could be unsafe, if you trust the links, update them to get the data, otherwise you can keep working with the data you have'

I clicked update

And the data in the SECONDARY stock take cells look like that have been shifted up a few and no longer match.

Anyone know what going on as its most annoying?

Thanks
