Cell Formatting

Hi,

I am building multiple worksheets that are linked, and I am trying to get the same conditional formatting applied to one cell, to another cell (with the same value using  =F10 ) in another workbook.

Is there a way I can pick up both the cell value and the formatting (fill colour).

You can do this using formula that can evaluate to TRUE/FALSE. 

if you could upload a sample file  with reastic data, you might be able to get better solution.
