Since this is homework, you should really try to figure this out by yourself, but I'll give you a few hints.

I assume that TWP is Total Weighted Points. For TWP you have to take the SUMPRODUCT of the range with the weights and the range with the points.

And I assume that WM is Weighted Mean. To get the WM, divide the TWP by the SUM of the weights.

I have no idea what RE stands for.
