Currently, we use a paper based system for billing hours worked in a construction site environment - the foreman fills out the hours worked, the manager signs for these, the hours input into our master excel sheet and a copy of the physical signed sheet emailed back to the manager.

I have generated an excel sheet for tracking hours worked - all okay here.
I need the foreman to present this completed sheet to the manager on a iPad - but I can't find a way of capturing a hand signature directly into Excel for IOS
Another option would be to save the completed sheet as a PDF and get that signed, but I don't see tools in office365 for this
