Perhaps you have line breaks within texts, when expand row height and / or disable wrap text.

As a comment, TEXTJOIN will be easier if it is available in your version of Excel.

=CONCATENATE(D5004,"_",E5004,"_",F5004,"_",G5004,"_",H5004,"_",I5004,":",J5004)

the cell do not have word wrap and looks like no line break is used too

Please check attached file if it works in your environment. Formula is exactly the same, formatting as
