Can't see excel new features

Hello, I'm currently having a problem with excel. I can't see any new features that was added in a past year. For example I can't see insights, stock data, notes and etc. I used to see these features few months ago but they dissapeard at some time. My version is 2011 build 13426.20274.

That's Current (Preview) channel, it shall be with new functionality. Perhaps some exotic reason, like you are on Win7 or something with your license. I'd send a frown, without logs it's hard to say something concrete.
