Can't resolve Excel 2019 threaded comments

The page below explains how to resolve a Comment, but when I click the "..." the only option I see it to delete the comment. Can someone please explain to me why I can't resolve a threaded comment?

@atafete New features roll out in waves, so it probably hasn't reached you yet. When was the last time you updated Office?
