Can't open file with error stating file could be corrupt

Hi - I have tried everything that it states I should do and I still cannot open this file. Right now I would be happy to get the data out of it even in a text format but I can't do that either.

What should I do next?

Right-click the file in Windows Explorer, choose Properties, click the Previous versions tab. Anything there? Otherwise, all I can advise is to ask for the last backup of the file
