Can't find the right formulas...Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone!

I have a cell that contains:

Composer A (BMI) 50% [292650159], Composer B (ASCAP) 30% [154541151], Composer C (SESAC) 10% [55547898], Composer D (SESAC) 5% [55547898], Composer E (SOCAN) 5% [77874464]

I'm having a hard time finding formulas to use in Conditional Formatting:

1) To highlight this cell in green if the sum of the % equals 100, in red if not, and no highlighting if the cell is empty

2) I have another cell next to it that contains:

Publisher A (BMI) 50% [4879954], Publisher B (ASCAP) 35% [55444665], Publisher C (SESAC) 15% [3326548]

I'd like this cell to get green if the splits for BMI and SESAC match the splits from the previous cells (with composers), aaaand if the sum of all the % in this cell equals 100. In red if not, and no highlighting if the cell is empty.

Thank you soooo much for your help!!
