Can Excel do this?

Hello! I would like to be able to have date ranges automatically modify, based on one single date.  So, for example, I have an event that occurs on May 1st. There are numerous other events (within a date range) that must occur based on that date.  I want to see what the other dates would be, if I moved the May 1st date, and whether any of them are overlapping or not....I am not sure how to accomplish this or if it's possible.  Example of data below...

Event A is held on May 1st, 2021.

Event B is held at least 5 days, but not more than 10 days after May 1st. For example, the new date range (Event B) would be May 6th - May 11th. If I were to modify "Event A" to reflect October 1st.  I would want the date range (Event B) to automatically update the new date range to reflect October 6th - October 11th.

I have multiple "Event B's" to enter, based on Event A's date.

Hopefully it makes sense..,.does anyone know if this is even possible in Excel?
