Calculating OT in Excel

Hello!

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet to budget for my crew spending. 

 

What I'd like to see happen is the following:

Hours Column: I enter the raw data per show of just the number of hours of work completed in a day per staff member.

 

Regular Column: this pulls any shifts 8 hours or under from the hours column and puts that amount in here.

 

1.5x column: this pulls anything over 8 hours BUT it also pulls anything over 11 hours and subtracts the amount OVER 11 hours from the hours column. So that just the hours between over 8 hours and under 11 are here. 

 

2x column: this pulls anything over 11 hours and adds it there.

 

The 1.5x column is what is causing me grief at this point.  I can't figure out how using IF/THEN and AND can do this. Or maybe it's not doable? 

 

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
