Building macro that multiple user on teamsites can use

I am trying to find resolution to the following.

I have a folder with a macro that updates a file from another file. The path the macro uses is C:\Users\Mike\Smart Group Cayman Ltd\Smart Group Cayman Ltd Team Site - Documents.

This folder is shared with multiple users and when they want to run this macro it does not function as the path with "Mike" is incorrect.

I know some people keep the source file in dropbox so then the path can be the same but then the source file is out of the teamsites folder. Is there any way around this that would allow each user to run the macro?

Any workbook called by a macro has to be accessible by the person/computer that is running it. A shared drive through drop box or one drive would work best for this!

It's like trying to update one of your files with your coworker's file, you would need access to it somehow.
