Bug: Hyperlinks don't work with arrays in Excel for Desktop (but in Excel for Web / iOS)

The following is just an example: 
 
=HYPERLINK("#A" & {1,2,3,4,5})
 
works as intended in Excel for the Web / Excel for iOS and creates links to A1, A2, A3,... In standard Excel for desktop, all the links lead to A1. Is there any way to report this?
