I have a user who has a workbook stored in SharePoint. She made a copy of it for a new year but the new one keeps saying there are links to the old sheet. It doesn't specify cells just the SharePoint path. I can't find any linked cells and if we break the link it comes back next time she opens the new sheet. I have a workaround (to refresh the links to an empty SS), but it's not great.
Any ideas why it does this and how to stop it?

You can try to check the named ranges, data validation lists and conditional formatting options also.
