Good day, I would like to know if there is any way I can increase the thickness of my borders over and above what is Format Cells. Thank you

Sorry, no. You'll have to make do with the options offered in the Format Cells dialog.

If you really want to emphasize a range of cells, you could draw a rectangle around it. If you hold down the left Alt key while drawing the shape, it will snap to the cell borders. Set the fill style of the rectangle to No Fill, and specify the line width using Shape Outline > Weight > More lines...
